Processing Controller

Your responsibilities

• Perform metering and weighing of raw materials for a batch or continuous method
• Monitor all processes and inventory of product and raw materials by following written procedures and the Manufacturing Batch Record
• Monitor alarms and their control points, equipment failures and difference in product appearance, taking required action
• Understand the product flow and function and operation of all equipment
• Perform raw material check weighing, check scanning and consuming prior to use in processing
• Maintain accurate records of all materials weighed, staged, and used in a batch of product
• Perform product standardizing, Clean-In-Place, Clean-Out-Of-Place and strong waste functions

The experience we're looking for

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with SAP, GWINS and other computer skills a plus
• Ability to bend, lift up to 100 lbs., etc.

Pay Rate

The starting pay for this position is USD 24.25 per hour.

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
