Maintaining Safety and Cleanliness
Maintain a safe, clean work area at all times.
Operations Responsibilities
- Donning task-specific PPE for EHS and GMP.
- Set up and operate processing equipment for batch production – follow PPS instructions & ensure cleaning and sanitizing procedures are followed.
- Perform line service duties – transport material to filling lines, hook up direct feed filling lines, yield material on the computer systems.
- Interface with HMI and hand-held scanners to operate equipment and electronic documentation of activities.
- Operate powered vehicles such as fork trucks to transport materials within the plant.
Weighing Operations Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean work area at all times.
- Weight raw materials on computerized scales according to SOP.
- Document all raw material information properly, including lot numbers and batch numbers to ensure lot traceability.
- Assemble weighed raw materials into “kitted” batches – ensure that all paperwork is matched up properly and that all raw materials are included on each batch.
- Interface with computers and hand-held scanners to operate equipment and electronic documentation of activities.
- Operate powered vehicle material handling equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GE; preferred
- Basic written, oral, and mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills (ex: email, data entry, hand-held scanners)
- Ability to meet the Revlon forklift license certification requirements
- Ability to meet vision, hearing and respirator requirements
- Available to work overtime
- Ability to work well within a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and to climb a ladder and steps
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull objects weighing up to 25 kgs and to maneuver containers weighing up to 200 kg
- Flexibility to work overtime, both in-week and weekends
Knowledge and Skills

Pay and Benefits
- The base pay range for this position is $18.50 per hour; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
- Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
