About the Opportunity
The Process Writer is responsible for documenting and standardizing processes within the Customer Experience team. This role ensures comprehensive and clear process documentation, contributing to operational efficiency and alignment with best practices. The position supports continuous improvement by identifying gaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process clarity and training materials.
Responsibilities
- Document existing processes using flowcharts, maps, and written descriptions
- Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Develop and maintain standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all customer experience areas
- Implement version control for SOPs and keep documentation up to date
- Conduct periodic reviews to validate and improve documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with training teams to align materials with documented processes
- Develop documentation standards, templates, and best practices
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and clarify process details
- Track and report progress on documentation projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Communicate findings and updates clearly to relevant parties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or STEM preferred
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification preferred
- Experience in process mapping, SOP development, or documentation in complex environments
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping tools
Pay
The pay range for this position is $47,000.00 - $67,200.00 per year, with variations based on geographic region, experience, skills, and other factors.
