Process Worker - Sewing

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. You’ll be involved in both sewing and production tasks in our factory.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture mattress components
• Measure, cut, and assemble fabrics with accuracy
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout production
• Maintain machinery and work areas in a safe, clean condition

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in sewing or textile production is highly regarded
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Friendly, professional manner with good communication skills
• Flexible and team-oriented attitude
