Process / Tooling Engineer - Headliner & Soft Trim

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new tooling and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for production issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in tooling and process engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tooling and process engineering
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of injection molding and die casting processes

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
