How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and support new product scale-ups through structured experimentation, pilot trials, and manufacturing authorization activities to enable safe and reliable commercialization.
Identify, benchmark, and deploy Most Effective Technologies (MET) that strengthen manufacturing capability, asset productivity, and operational excellence.
Apply data-driven approaches (e.g., DOE, statistical analysis) to evaluate process performance and drive continuous improvement of existing processes.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve process safety, capability, productivity, quality, and cost.
Partner with commercial and technical teams to align process technology strategies with business growth objectives.
Lead projects and present project status updates, clearly communicate goals, progress, and results.
Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in chemical, specialty materials, or polymer manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated capability in experimental design, data analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Drive You Forward
- Experience with functionalized natural polymers or bio-based polymer systems.
- Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Leverage of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certifications.
