Process Technician Supervisor

About the role

Polar Semiconductor in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Process Technician Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Provide work prioritization, support, and coordination between Process Engineering, Equipment Maintenance, Equipment Engineering, and Production.
• Maintain area performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the team.
• Interface with Equipment Engineers and Process Engineers for equipment sets to provide support resources to execute engineering activities.
• Train new Process Technicians and continue to develop and advance the capabilities of all team members.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of process sustaining experience, preferably in the BEOL areas (PECVD, METAL, CMP, RTA, BACKLAP).
• Demonstration of strong leadership ability.
• Understanding of SPC principles.
• PC skills and familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability in multi-tasking complex projects.

Compensation

$90,000 – $105,000 annually
