Process Technician Supervisor
About the role
Polar Semiconductor in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Process Technician Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide work prioritization, support, and coordination between Process Engineering, Equipment Maintenance, Equipment Engineering, and Production.
- Maintain area performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the team.
- Interface with Equipment Engineers and Process Engineers for equipment sets to provide support resources to execute engineering activities.
- Train new Process Technicians and continue to develop and advance the capabilities of all team members.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of process sustaining experience, preferably in the BEOL areas (PECVD, METAL, CMP, RTA, BACKLAP).
- Demonstration of strong leadership ability.
- Understanding of SPC principles.
- PC skills and familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability in multi-tasking complex projects.
Compensation
$90,000 – $105,000 annually
