Process Technician – Plastics Manufacturing
About the role
Flexcraft is growing—and we’re hiring experienced Process Technicians who know how to run molding equipment the right way. If you’re currently working in plastics and want a more stable, structured environment where your work is respected and your skills are valued, this is a strong next step.
Responsibilities
- Monitor machines and keep production running efficiently
- Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues
- Catch problems early and correct them before they escalate
- Work with Quality to verify product specs
- Complete documentation and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support and mentor less experienced team members
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing (plastics strongly preferred)
- Ability to perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting independently
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Someone who takes ownership of their machines and output

- Auxiliary equipment (material handling, grinders, etc.)
- Quality measurement and process control
Benefits
- $30–$40/hr based on experience (we hire for skill level)
- Predictable 2-2-3 schedule with built-in time off
- Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend
- $3/hr night shift differential
