Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, and equipment.
- Collect and analyze process data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Operate and maintain a variety of manufacturing and testing equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, maintenance activities, and product quality.
- Provide training and support to production operators as needed.
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements
- Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment, preferably in a process technician role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience with process control systems and data acquisition.
- Proficiency in using common hand tools and test equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
