Process Technician

About the role

Responsibilities

• Operate gantry robots (ET, TW, U4)
• Cut and test NOLs
• Use basic power tools (saws, drills, etc.)
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on machines
• Operate the parts saw and extractor
• Fill out paperwork consistently, completely, and competently
• Basic FPM and FPS operation
• Basic part programming
• Locate and follow operating procedures and training manuals
• Initiate and complete NCRs using the 5 Whys method
• Set and align heated roller ADF, install and align torches and thermocouples
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with less than 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Basic FPM and FPS operation, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing is preferred
• Adequate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
• Reliable, safe working habits, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows software (Excel, Word, etc.)

Qualifications

• Prolonged standing, walking, squatting, twisting, bending, and reaching required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Wear safety glasses and shoes at all times on the production floor
• Must adhere to appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) based on work activities
