Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of top-of-the-line extrusion & blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, safe & climate-controlled environment
- Monitor equipment, making adjustments to settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high-quality rigid plastic containers
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ensure Plastipak customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights & dimensions
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Certification or Secondary Education in Industrial, Electrical, Robotic, Mechanical, or Automotive Technology, or a combination of relevant work experience and education that demonstrates basic mechanical aptitude and an ability to perform the essential functions and duties of the position
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Certification or Secondary Education in Industrial, Electrical, Robotic, Mechanical, or Automotive Technology, or a combination of relevant work experience and education that demonstrates basic mechanical aptitude and an ability to perform the essential functions and duties of the position

Schedule
- This is a set schedule with fixed 12-hour shift assignments on days or nights with a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. This equates to two 3-day weekends off every month!
