Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks associated with automated manufacturing in a clean room environment.
• Provide technical expertise as needed for injection mold plastics and maintain associated molding equipment.
• Operate injection molding machines, OEM and third-party automation machines and associated standalone equipment.
• Respond to and troubleshoot machine errors to identify root cause and implement resolution actions.
• Maintain adequate supply of raw material to ensure continuous operations.
• Complete daily documentation for daily activities, downtime tracking, quality-related testing, and shift output efficiency.
• Support production lines without fully automated processes in a manual capacity.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cleanroom to meet standards and Hamilton Company procedures.
• Ensure timely completion and adequacy of assigned tasks.

• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certificate in injection molding, automation, plastics, or related field preferred.
• Associate degree in industrial technology, mechatronics, or similar field preferred.
• 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, Process Technician, Production Operator, Automation Technician or related process manufacturing role.
