About the role
Operate and support advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a high volume fabrication environment. Ensure stable process performance, product quality, and tool reliability. Handle sensitive wafers and materials while maintaining strict cleanroom, safety and quality compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed process documentation and shift pass down reports
- Communicate process status, issues and technical findings
- Utilize MS 365 tools, Linux and Windows based systems to track process performance and analyze operational data
- Troubleshoot equipment alarms, process deviations, and system faults
- Collaborate with process engineering and equipment teams to support process optimizations, hardware troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 2-4 years of related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in monitoring tool systems, analyzing process data and reporting equipment issues
Qualifications
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with protective clothing, PPE
- Ability to spend 80% - 100% of time in the fab and to stand up to 4 hours continuously
