Process Tech- C shift

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce all safety, health, and quality standards.
• Set up, optimize, and change over molds and related equipment.
• Monitor and adjust molding processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Operators to train and develop team skills.
• Document process changes and communicate updates to Engineering.
• Support efficiency goals by reducing setup time and improving cycle times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years "hands-on" processing and troubleshooting injection molding equipment.
• Mold design best practices experience is required.
• Large part injection molding is ideal experience.
• Light maintenance experience is needed.
• Able to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders up to 15 feet in height, and walk and stand for periods ranging from 6 to 12 or more hours per day.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production, quality, and safety requirements.

Work Environment & Expectations

• Working in office and manufacturing environment.
• Standing in excess of 7.5 hours per day in an environment that may be hot, noisy, and dirty.
• Serve as a technical expert and mentor to Operators and team members.
