Process Sustaining Engineer

About the Role

The Process Sustaining Engineer supports manufacturing operations through hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining process stability, improving equipment performance, and supporting production in a regulated manufacturing environment. The Engineer works cross-functionally to identify and resolve electromechanical issues, support process optimization, and ensure accurate documentation of all activities. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing production needs.

Requirements

• Hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
• Strong documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing is beneficial (entry-level candidates may be trained)

Pay

Target PR Range: $27–$37/hour, depending on experience.
