About the role

This position prepares process specifications for sheets assigned to the JITL utilizing information contained in the data pack following sheeting. The Specification Specialist works under the direction of the Senior Process Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Prepare process specifications for sheets assigned to the JITL using data pack information
• Utilize all aspects of the PC-based JITL scheduling system, continually adding process data to downloaded information
• Be aware of and able to use other corporate systems containing information relative to specing
• Cross-train for cutting leaf to supply manufacturing departments as a last resort backup due to unforeseen absences in the leaf area

Requirements

• Must be completely familiar with the equipment in the JITL to which assigned
• Must be aware of the function and location of all other equipment within the corporation
• Must possess excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Any graphic arts experience is required
• Any prior knowledge of emboss and/or foil stamping is a definite plus

High School Diploma required
