About the role
This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a consumer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SPC strategy tailored to manufacturing goals
- Pilot and deploy SPC solutions across multiple plants for scalability
- Define standardized SPC procedures and control plans
- Embed SPC principles into daily management systems with site teams
- Deliver training and workshops to enhance SPC proficiency
- Analyze process data to identify and resolve issues related to variation and waste
- Collaborate with IT and Digital Operations to implement real-time monitoring tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering or Food Science
- 7+ years in manufacturing or quality engineering roles, with 3+ years focused on SPC systems
- Experience implementing SPC in a regulated, multi-site environment
- Coaching experience with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency with SPC software and data analytics tools like Minitab and Power BI
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven capability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Pay
$109,000 – $159,000 annually
