Responsibilities

• Manage and animate the Process Expertise Center within your perimeter.
• Coordinate interfaces between your Product Group (PG), Product Line (PL), Research & Operations (RO)/platform, and other Process Expertise Centers.
• Oversee the industrial network of your perimeter, including plants, production, and industrialization.
• Manage the industrial plan of the Product Group in alignment with the Mid-Term Plan (MTP).
• Define standard processes in line with Technical Development Plan (TDP) and validate the process suppliers panel, tools, and equipment for the Product Group; ensure their deployment.
• Collaborate with R&D to define P2 Process policy and projects.
• Coordinate and drive standardization programs for products and processes worldwide.
• Participate in the Standardization Committee and validate process standards.
• Manage and validate industrialization projects with expert support.
• Define program allocation to plants during the Capacity Allocation Agreement (CAA) and Industrialization Agreement Review (IAR) processes.
• Participate in PMC, Red Project Review, sourcing committee, and Product Group results meetings.
• Define rules for equipment and tools standardization within the Product Group, considering differences between High-Cost Countries (HCC) and Low-Cost Countries (LCC).
• Define programs and budget targets.
• Manage the transfer of equipment within the Product Group.
• Oversee Site Industrial Performance, including deliveries, direct labor (DL), quality, and asset utilization.
• Support sites during ramp-up and process-related issues.

• Position level: P0/P1 (Process/Manufacturing Engineering PTM).
• Employment type: Fixed-term contract (CDD).
• Schedule: Full-time.
