As Process Performance Engineer, you will provide technical assistance to the Production teams to optimize the industrial process while observing safety, cost, quality, and lead-time criteria. You will drive the implementation of appropriate solutions to meet company requirements.

Your Working Environment
Nearby on 'Airbus Way' is the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft, located at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley. Your Challenges
- Producing PERT/GANTT diagrams
- Producing line balancing for each MSN
- Defining the critical path
- Analyzing industrial capacities
- Calculating the workforce and resources
- Building scenarios to simulate different station/line configurations
- Contributing to the definition of the industrial architecture
- Studying and optimizing workflows; evaluating existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Aiding in the determination of the ideal length of a work process by conducting and drafting time observations
- Identifying deviations
- Performing VA/NVA analysis (Value Add / Non-Value Add)
- Detecting and analyzing misalignments in work orders
- Updating work packages within and across stations
- Processing improvement proposals
- Aligning (AOS) Airbus Operating System focus areas to the established plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering, or non-degree holder with 3 years of Airbus experience or 5 years of industry experience
- Lean methodology understanding
- High degree of flexibility and initiative
