- Own and evolve G.E.H.A’s orchestration platforms (Control-M on-prem and SaaS)
- Learn and apply enterprise job-scheduling and orchestration patterns
- Monitor and troubleshoot data and process flows across systems and improve reliability over time
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map and optimize business processes

- Practical experience working within an SDLC (requirements, testing, deployments, version control)
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data formats such as JSON and XML
- Working knowledge of Git and modern development workflows
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Willing to ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve your technical depth
Skills
- Experience with job scheduling or orchestration platforms (Control-M, Airflow, etc.)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and with security best practices
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (healthcare, insurance, finance)
