Key Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and value stream analyses.
- Establish performance baselines and track improvement metrics.
- Evaluate and implement AI technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify use cases for Machine Learning, Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing, Predictive Analytics, and Process Mining.
- Partner with the BPMO team to design, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
- Develop business cases supporting AI investments and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze operational and business data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools that measure process performance.
- Use predictive and prescriptive analytics to improve planning and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and governance standards are maintained.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems.
- Support system enhancement projects and digital transformation programs.
- Aid in requirements gathering, solution design, and user acceptance testing.
- Education and Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, business systems, analytics, or related disciplines.
- Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or intelligent automation technologies.
- Experience using data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in data science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, AI, or related field.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar AI/automation platforms.
- Knowledge of Process Mining tools such as Celonis or Microsoft Process Advisor.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies.
