Process Operator - Level 2

About the role

The Solstice Advanced Materials plant in Columbia, MO, is seeking a Process Operator - Level 2 to join their production line. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth production processes, monitoring parameters, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment operates optimally.

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Operate packaging lines
• Maintain quality objectives by monitoring processes
• Troubleshoot and escalate production issues when necessary
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean work area through daily housekeeping
• Work as a team to complete assigned tasks
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Work 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm and 8pm-8am)

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
• Ability to identify key details and troubleshoot where necessary
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Valid Driver’s License
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Annual base hourly rate: $23.00 per hour plus a $2.30 per hour Night Shift Premium
• Shifts: 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am

Schedule
