Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the manufacturing and handling of raw materials and/or finished products at our continuous operation facility.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high product quality standards.
• Monitor operations from the control room using computer systems.
• Sample and test products to ensure quality standards.
• Load and unload trucks, railcars, and bags; prepare containers as needed.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving hoses, cleaning equipment, and filling tanks.
• Maintain inventory and handle chemicals appropriately.
• Continuously learn and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Computer literacy; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
• Flexible and available to work holidays, weekends, and rotating shifts.
• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification.

Pay

Starting Pay Rate: $27.26/hour

Schedule

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (3–4 days/week)

• Shifts: Day (06 AM–06 PM) & Night (06 PM–06 AM)
