Process Mechanical Construction Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of process mechanical systems on large-scale semiconductor projects. This role works closely with the General Contractor, design teams, trade partners, and client stakeholders to ensure process utility systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of process mechanical construction, from design coordination through turnover and commissioning.
- Develop a thorough understanding of project scope, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Cook up activities between general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and client teams.
- Drive field execution, resolve technical and constructability issues, and mitigate project risks.
- Monitor schedule performance, material procurement, and construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
- Support system testing, startup, commissioning, and turnover activities.
- Promote a strong safety culture and maintain an active field presence.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of construction management experience supporting process mechanical systems within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of process utilities and manufacturing facility infrastructure.
- Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating multi-discipline construction activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Salary and Benefits
(Below is base salary estimate based on an annualized minimum of 40 hour work week schedule. This role is W2 hourly nonexempt, meaning there is higher earning potentials.)
Minimum Base Salary: $120,000.00
Maximum Base Salary: $130,000.00
