Construction Manager

Description

We are seeking multiple Construction Managers for projects in USVI (St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John) including infrastructure (roadways, water/sewer conveyance, and underground power lines), healthcare facilities, schools, public works buildings, etc. The selected person will serve as the Construction Manager for assigned projects. The Construction Manager will also support the Senior Project Manager in managing preconstruction, construction, and post-construction activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 4+ years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager, and/or Project Management Professional preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $100,000 - $160,000 annually
