Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed process mechanical 3D BIM models, ensuring they are accurate and up to date throughout the project life cycle.
- Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues.
- Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
- Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher education
- 6+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for process mechanical design
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and ACC platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to participate in cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Preferred But Not Required
- Professional Certification in BIM Management
- Knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating practices
Compensation
Compensation Range: $64,994.00 - $73,856.00
