Responsibilities
- Maintain a fast-moving production line, handling frozen and non-frozen food through various stages including washing, inspecting, sorting, and packaging.
- Check and control production equipment such as temperature gauges at regular intervals.
- Keep machines clean and sanitized at all times.
- Report any issues with the production process to supervisors or engineers.
- Ensure a steady supply of raw materials or components for the production line.
Requirements
- Physically capable of manual labor involving lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Able to work 8-hour shifts standing.
- Capable of working in temperature-controlled cold food processing rooms (45°F or colder) for up to 4 hours.
- Capable of working in freezers with appropriate protective gear.
- Able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Must be able to understand and communicate clearly in English.
