About the role

Works in conjunction with Engineering technicians, EOL-Leads, Raw Material Leads, and Quality techs to ensure quality product is being produced. Coordinates personnel—including material handlers and machine operators—to meet daily production goals, ensure parameter adherence, and communicate all facets of line operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all material handlers and machine operators
• Coordinate personnel to meet daily production targets
• Ensure adherence to process parameters
• Communicate all aspects of line operations
• Train others as needed

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in JDE, CONGOS, and RFS scanners
• Must qualify as a Machine Operator II
• Familiarity with and ability to work from process notes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
