Process Integration Engineer - DRAM

We are seeking a BEOL Process Integration Expert to develop, transfer, and optimize advanced DRAM technologies within an R&D environment. Key Responsibilities Include Defining and implementing BEOL process flows, build rules, and specifications for next-generation DRAM products.Leading troubleshooting and resolving complex integration challenges across modules and fields.Driving yield improvements and reliability enhancements using data-driven methodologies.Managing technology transfers, process qualification, and ramp-up to high-volume manufacturing.Engaging in industry benchmarking and collaborative projects to maintain technological leadership.Pathfinding alternative architectures and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Qualifications Include MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or related, with 10+ years of industry experience.Deep expertise in metallization, barrier/liner engineering, dielectric integration, and reliability solutions for advanced DRAM nodes.Proven leadership in BEOL process development from R&D through pilot and high-volume manufacturing, including technology transfers.Proficiency in statistical analysis, problem-solving, and strong communication and project management skills.Recognized for creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach, with multiple patents and technical publications.
