Process Integration Development Engineer
About the Role
As a Process Integration Development Engineer in Intel's Logic Technology Development (LTD) organization, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Intel's semiconductor process technologies. Your work will involve designing, optimizing, and implementing integrated process solutions to drive Intel's next-generation technology. You will contribute directly to the seamless transition of emerging technologies from development to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring Intel remains at the forefront of semiconductor innovation.

Responsibilities
- Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for semiconductor processes.
- Participate in the development of intellectual property.
- Integrate individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
- Ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate technology meets requirements while transferring the technology to manufacturing counterparts via the Copy Exactly method.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 2+ years of semiconductor industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Semiconductor processing
- Semiconductor fabrication
- Nanotechnology
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Computational Data Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor processing, device fabrication, or nanotechnology.
- Electrical characterization of transistors or other semiconductor devices.
- Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.

Pay
Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $155,520.00 - $219,550.00 USD. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
This role requires an on-site presence and follows Shift 1 (United States of America).
