Responsibilities

• Applying FOX tools to support plant operations, such as autonomous and reliability maintenance, breakdown elimination, 5S, and digital checklists.
• Mastery and teaching of plant improvement methods to teammates, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Collaboration on brainstorming sessions, diagnosing operational issues, and tracking project improvements.
• Reporting updates to plant leaders and frontline teams, showcasing your impact on performance and culture.

Requirements

College students strongly encouraged to apply. Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program or recent Bachelor graduate. Strong communication skills and enjoyment of engaging with a wide range of people. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic tech tools. Thrives in active, energetic environments and eager to get involved in real plant work. Can reliably start at 7:00 AM and commit to a 30–40 hour/week schedule.
