About the role

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating clinical workflows and training needs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate clinical workflows and training needs.
  • Manage projects related to clinical support, EHR optimization, organizational development, and staff training.
  • Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access programs, including Pivot tables, Graphs, and creating presentations.
  • Implement process improvement strategies, such as six sigma and business transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in health administration, public health, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3 years of project management, clinical support, EHR optimization, organizational development, staff training, or other related fields.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access programs.
  • Experience with Epic and AthenaIDX systems.
  • Proven experience with process improvement, six sigma, and business transformation.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $44.35 - $68.86 per hour.

Schedule

Full time, Day shift.
