Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a Process Improvement Analyst. You’ll help build tailored technical solutions to modernize our government’s mission and our client’s business, change how people work, and protect our nation’s cyber interests.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with required polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in process analysis, benchmarking, program metrics, or management consulting
• Familiarity with the Sponsor’s finance and/or contracts-related procedures is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications (Desired)

• Knowledge of OGFM performance metrics and corporate policy
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)

Pay

The expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is $140,000 – $170,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
