Process Improvement Analyst at Patriot Sign Installation Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $98,000-$108,000 per year About The Role The Process Improvement Analyst will support recurring analysis and reporting by validating source data, preparing structured reports, investigating variances, and communicating findings clearly. Key Responsibilities Prepare recurring reports and analytical workbooks using approved source information.Clean and validate data before using it in calculations, dashboards, or summaries.Investigate unexpected values, missing records, and inconsistencies rather than carrying them into final reporting.Maintain metric definitions, calculation notes, and other documentation needed to reproduce recurring work.Create clear tables, charts, or summaries that make important trends and exceptions understandable.Explain limitations and assumptions when available data does not support a definitive conclusion. Qualifications Working knowledge of Process Improvement, Workflow Analysis, and Documentation.Ability to apply Reporting and Cross-Functional Collaboration accurately in assigned work.Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.
