Here, You Will Make An Impact By Simultaneously lead / execute 3-5 complex, prioritized, cross-functional initiatives delivering expected results.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with leadership team to determine initiative objectives, establish priorities and timetables, determine improvement approach(es), develop improvement actions, assign/lead resources/tasks to deliver on operational and/or financials goals targeted.
- Report on key milestones and critical business initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
- Use lean value stream mapping and DMAIC to collaborate with business leaders.
- Proactively identifies, helps prioritize, manages, and guides implementation of approved projects and front-line problem solving.
- Build our organizational continuous improvement culture by partnering with Solventum CI to coach functional team members during white / yellow belt training and through their respective projects.
- Lead assigned kaizen events as requested.
- Deliver $1M in annual project benefits while driving improvements in customer experience on respective projects.
- Facilitate change management with projects through delivery / conclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (7) seven years of experience driving Continuous Improvement processes and projects in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- (1) year experience with Lean Value Stream Mapping.
Skills and expertise
- Previous experience working in Healthcare or Medical Devices Industries.
- Strong background in transactional lean process redesign and improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and change management skills.
- Strong understanding of customer support processes and ability to align process improvements to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
Schedule
Remote - United States. Travel: May include up to 30% [domestic/international].
