Process Excellence Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Process Excellence Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $97,000 – $163,000 annually Responsibilities Define and implement application development and maintenance strategy Establish frameworks and standards aligned with industry benchmarks Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor quality of application support processes Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams Develop self-help resources for stakeholders Lead governance forums to promote accountability Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or equivalent experience 6+ years in Service Assurance, IT Operations, or Service Management Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and ITIL processes Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of industry standards like ISO, CMMI, GxP, Agile, DevOps Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Parental leave Potential for performance-based bonuses Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
