Process Excellence Lead, AP

For our client, we are seeking a Process Excellence Lead, AP to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide global accounts payable process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across a complex shared services environment. The position will collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and technology stakeholders to strengthen controls, resolve process issues, and advance process effectiveness. It also supports broader procure-to-pay governance and transformation efforts, with a focus on enabling scalable, well-documented operating practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $143,200 – $196,900 annually Responsibilities Lead global Accounts Payable process standardization and governance Own global AP process standards, controls, and documentation Partner with Finance, Procurement, and technology teams to resolve process issues Drive AP process optimization and technology enablement Support the Global Process Owner in P2P governance and transformation Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher and 8 years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Shared Services experience High school diploma or GED and 12 years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Shared Services experience Experience leading AP or P2P process improvement initiatives Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills Benefits Remote work opportunity Potential for relocation assistance Programs to support physical and financial well-being Regular benchmarking of pay and benefits against industry standards Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
