Process Excellence Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver process excellence for required manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate and timely information and data flow through manufacturing and the value chain.
• Optimize workflows by identifying issues, resolving gaps, and eliminating bottlenecks through equipment planning.
• Maintain manufacturing improvements; escalate technical needs to engineering teams.
• Assess organizational design and recommend workforce optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Required Education: B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Controls, Materials, or equivalent)
• Required Experience and Skills: 5+ years in manufacturing setting, 2+ years of Engineering leadership and/or project management experience, solid understanding of engineering principles and ability to solve manufacturing issues, 2+ years of experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Access, Power BI, or SQL), comfortable working with teams across manufacturing, technology, R&D, operations, procurement, IT, and supply chain, self-starter; takes full ownership; leads teams through challenges and obstacles.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Advanced degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Controls, Materials, or equivalent)
• Comfortable partnering with different functions (Technology, Engineering, Operations, IT, GSM, etc.)

Pay

The range for this position is $97,286.00 - $133,768.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
