Process & Equipment Operator

About the role

Indeck Ladysmith Biofuel Center, an established producer of high-quality wood pellets based in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, is seeking candidates to fill Process & Equipment Operator positions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key manufacturing processes and safely operate industrial machinery to ensure product consistency and production efficiency.
• Work as a team member on an automated packaging line with the responsibility of maximizing output while producing a quality product.
• Maintain a tidy and clean workspace utilizing good housekeeping practices.
• Be safety-oriented, reliable, and willing to cross-train.
• Experience operating a forklift and the ability to perform light-duty maintenance is a plus.

Requirements

• Full-time positions that include health insurance, dental and vision benefits, as well as a 401K retirement plan.
• Must be able to work in the United States without employer support or sponsorship.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED.

Skills
