About the role
The Process Engineering Technician L3 will be responsible for performing various tasks related to process engineering, including but not limited to:- Assisting in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
- Maintaining and optimizing existing manufacturing processes
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring adherence to standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Assisting in the setup and operation of automated crimping machines
- Monitoring production lines for efficiency and quality
- Documenting process improvements and changes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in using crimping tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of process engineering principles and practices
- Experience with quality control and assurance methods
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
