Process Engineering Technician
Job Summary
The Process Engineering Technician supports manufacturing and engineering operations by setting up, monitoring, and optimizing production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and yield performance. This role is responsible for the setup and operation of processing equipment, providing guidance and support to production line operators, and conducting process audits to maintain compliance with established procedures. The technician performs test runs, collects and analyzes production data, and prepares records, charts, and graphs to assist engineering teams in identifying yield issues and evaluating new products or process improvements. Working closely with process development and engineering personnel, the Process Engineering Technician provides technical support, troubleshoots manufacturing challenges, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, product quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Performs set-up of processing equipment.
- Maintains and monitors production processes.
- Provides guidance and support to production line operators.
- Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of process changes, technical assistance with engineers manufacturing/shipping and receiving environment.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use manufacturing and engineering software, data collection systems, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation applications to document, analyze, and report process performance data.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and comfortable learning new manufacturing systems and technologies.
- Able to accurately enter, track, and maintain production and test data while preparing charts, graphs, and reports for engineering review.
Qualifications
- HS diploma required/ Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training.
Pay
Commensurate with experience.

Monday–Friday, 3pm-11:15pm – 2nd shift
