Process Engineer, RET OPC

Role Overview: This position requires a senior-level RET Engineer focused on developing and optimizing Resolution Enhancement Techniques (RET) and Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) solutions for advanced memory technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex projects in mask development, lithography optimization, and tapeout flow improvements; enhance pattern fidelity, manufacturability, and yield; explore innovative methodologies and software tools; analyze patterning issues and implement corrective actions; promote AI-enabled engineering practices; mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12+ years' experience in semiconductor RET, OPC, lithography, or mask development; extensive hands-on experience with RET/OPC methodologies; strong understanding of EUV lithography, optics, diffraction, and advanced patterning techniques; familiarity with lithography simulation tools and programming languages. Preferred Attributes: MS or PhD, experience with EDA software for OPC modeling, and mentoring capabilities.
