Process Engineer (Quality)

Purpose and Mission

Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing process.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Making sure machines operate within set parameters to maintain product quality.
• Regularly testing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identifying and reporting any machine faults to supervisors.
• Keeping detailed records of production processes and any issues encountered.
• Making sure all safety guidelines are followed and addressing any safety hazards.
• Identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills

Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience.

Previous Experience

3 to 5 years experience with operational procedures and tools.

Qualifications and Education

Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred.
