Process Engineer - Milwaukee

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop process mechanical deliverables from concept through construction
• Create equipment specifications, process and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs), equipment lists, line lists, POC lists, and operation specifications
• Work with designers to create drawings
• Write installation scope documents
• Prepare and give technical reviews to clients regarding project-related items
• Cook up coordination with other project disciplines as required
• Work with clients, vendors, and suppliers to develop deliverables
• Estimate process engineering hours and schedule for proposals
• Oversee and QC engineering work of others (e.g., drawings, calculations, designs, etc.)
• Support construction to include onsite and remote
• Lead checkout/start-up efforts associated with project work
• Provide technical leadership and manage process mechanical discipline project members
• Coach and mentor others as required

Qualifications

• Degreed in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical)
• Experience utilizing 3D tools such as Navisworks, Plant 3D, VR, and 3D Scans
• Engineered Package development including Scope of Work, P&IDs, Specifications & Mechanical Equipment Arrangements
