Primary Responsibilities
- Develop process mechanical deliverables from concept through construction
- Create equipment specifications, process and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs), equipment lists, line lists, POC lists, and operation specifications
- Work with designers to create drawings
- Write installation scope documents
- Prepare and give technical reviews to clients regarding project-related items
- Cook up coordination with other project disciplines as required
- Work with clients, vendors, and suppliers to develop deliverables
- Estimate process engineering hours and schedule for proposals
- Oversee and QC engineering work of others (e.g., drawings, calculations, designs, etc.)
- Support construction to include onsite and remote
- Lead checkout/start-up efforts associated with project work
- Provide technical leadership and manage process mechanical discipline project members
- Coach and mentor others as required
Qualifications
- Degreed in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical)
- Experience utilizing 3D tools such as Navisworks, Plant 3D, VR, and 3D Scans
- Engineered Package development including Scope of Work, P&IDs, Specifications & Mechanical Equipment Arrangements
