Responsibilities
- Document processes and establish relationships to implement the DEA tenets.
- Draft, review, and validate architecture views, technical documents, and executive briefings.
- Facilitate workshops and working groups to gather inputs and ensure stakeholder alignment with DEA milestones and objectives.
- Lead the operational test and evaluation process to ensure end-to-end functions meet the required mission objectives and outcomes.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education from an accredited school or university
- At least 10 years’ experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and at least 14 years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Five years of demonstrated experience in the full product lifecycle: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement
- Five years of experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Familiarity with customer infrastructure
- Experience with customer software development environment to include data formats and data transformation methods
- Familiarity with customer field site architecture, collection products, and mission management tools
- Strong working relationship with military services and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with the military services
- Experience with the creation of graphics, briefs, and CONOPs for senior management
- Ability to work within a team setting to complete assigned tasks within an expected time schedule
- Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment that may require surge efforts
