Process Engineer (Manufacturing & Plant Operations)

The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes
• Optimize production lines to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
• Conduct process evaluations and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
