Process Engineer - Manufacturing

About the role

A highly skilled Process Engineer is needed to join our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensure all operations comply with established quality standards and regulations
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovations
• Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation of process performance
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with process control systems and automation tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of ISO standards and industry best practices
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
