About the role
Responsible for implementing and maintaining production processes in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute process improvement plans
- Monitor and maintain equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Train and mentor team members on process optimization techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering
- Proficiency in process control systems and software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO standards and GMP guidelines
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Technical writing and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis tools
