Process Engineer II/Sr

As a Process Engineer (official title will be Industrial Engineer II/Sr) you will lead process improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing workflows, and enhance material flow across the factory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to implement data-driven solutions, improve SAP systems, and support automation efforts. What You'll Be Doing
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and material flow across production operations
- Manage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings, material masters, and work centers
- Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costing
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to support automation and system integration
- Develop standard work, process documentation, and training to ensure consistency and scalability
- Support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking for equipment and operations
Qualifications
Industrial Engineer II:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required
- 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study required
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred
Industrial Engineer Sr:
- 6-9 years of relevant work experience in engineering required
- 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred
Compensation
The starting base pay range for this position is $95,161-$130,485 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
