- Researches and applies new tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

- Plans and executes testing activities and maintains accurate, controlled technical documentation.
- Develops and executes process and equipment qualification tests.
- Prepares and maintains operating instructions, procedures, and process documentation.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Master’s degree preferred, along with a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in statistics, SPC, DOE, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and analytical or statistical software tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- The ability to work collaboratively in team-based, cross-functional environments.
